[Ieee_vis_open_positions] Phd/PostDoc: Uncertainty Visualization at Konstanz (Germany)

We are seeking highly-motivated PhD student or post-doctoral candidates 
to conduct research in the area of *Uncertainty Visualization and 
Quantification* within the newly funded *SFB/Transregio 161 
"Quantitative Methods for Visual Computing"*. This joint research group 
of University of Konstanz (Germany) and University of Stuttgart 
(Germany) focusses on quantitative methods for image-based 
representations of information with the goal of providing measures, 
benchmarks, data sets and related scalable algorithms for the 
quantitative assesment of visual computing results.

*Desired skills and experience*

To apply for the position, you should have a master/PhD in the area of 
computer science (or related) and experience in information 
visualization or computer graphics.
