DIGITAL LITERARY ANNOTATION NEWSLETTER NO. 18 (MARCH 2018)
-------------------------
TEASYS – NEWS
Angelika Zirker (Humboldt-Universität Berlin) as well as Matthias
Bauer, Miriam Lahrsow, and Leonie Kirchhoff (all Universität Tübingen)
presented a poster at this year’s “DHd 2018 – Kritik der digitalen
Vernunft[1].” The poster, titled “TEASys: Kollaborative digitale
Annotationen als Lehr- und Lernprozess,” depicted the individual
teaching and learning processes of students that collaboratively
annotate literary texts. The presentation of the individual steps
during the annotation process demonstrated the project’s
sustainability as well as the added value of TEASys as a heuristic
tool with regard to digital methods in literature classes.
At the same conference, Angelika Zirker gave a talk on “Ambiguität
und Annotation: Herausforderungen von Automatisierung und Digitalität”.
-------------------------
The Annotated Web Edition Directory[2] is looking forward to your
suggestions. We are always on the look-out for new entries to add to
the list. Feel free to recommend literary digital editions that
include explanatory annotation (of the social or the editorial kind),
web platforms, tools and applications that enable the user to
(collaboratively) annotate texts. Please use the corresponding form on
our webpage. We thank you for your help.
