Postdoctoral Position Open
Biochemistry of Plant Membrane Receptors
University of Missouri, Columbia

Postdoctoral position available immediately to study the biochemistry of Arabidopsis plasma membrane receptors. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a highly productive group focused on understanding the molecular mechanism of plasma membrane receptors and downstream signaling events. Recent papers by the group include Liang et al. 2013. Science 341: 1284; Choi et al., 2014. Science 343: 290; Cao et al. 2014. eLife 3:e03766.

Candidates for this position should have a solid track record of academic and research achievement with a strong and apparent background in biochemistry. Some experience with plants genetics is also desirable. Experience with receptor biology would be helpful, but not essential. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Suitable candidates should email their curriculum vita and letter of interest to
