the new research group at University of Cologne lead by Tatiana von
Landesberger has several open PhD and PostDoc positions in Visualization and
Visual Analytics.

 

The group conducts research and teaching in the area of visualization and
visual analytics. It covers research of novel visualization techniques,
interactive combination of machine learning and visualization as well as
research of cognitive factors in visualization. The position is in one of
the areas: visual analytics of networks, visual analytics of spatio-temporal
data or cognitive aspects.

 

We seek highly motivated high quality candidates from various backgrounds.

We offer lively high quality research environment at one of the largest
universities in Germany. The job contains research, teaching and
interdisciplinary cooperation with a wide opportunities for growth and
engagement.

 

The full-time positions are available from 1.9.2021 or later for three years
at tariff salary in Germany.
