The Department of Computer Science at the University of Miami invites
applications for two Assistant/Associate Professor faculty positions
starting August 2016. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science
or in a closely-related discipline, with strong research expertise in areas
related to either Cyber-security in System-software, or Data and
Information Visualization. The successful candidates will be expected to
teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and to develop and
maintain an internationally recognized research program. The department
encourages innovative interdisciplinary work with other units of the
university. In particular, the Data and Information Visualization position
entails working within the Visualization Program of the Center for
Computational Sciences to form collaborations across the University.
