===== Apology for any duplication =====

Dear colleagues, co-workers, and friends,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the organization team of
PacificVis 2020 has decided not to host a physical meeting in Tianjin,
China. Instead, the conference’s opening and keynote address will be
held live via Zoom. Presentations of all technical papers (including
full papers, Notes papers, and workshop papers) will be pre-recorded,
and Q&A will be conducted asynchronously via Vimeo and Youku.

Registration for non-presenting participants is not required, so we
welcome everyone to join this great event.

This year, we invited Prof. Holger Theisel from University Magdeburg
as our keynote speaker, who will present his experience on carefully
choosing optimal parameters to achieve successful analysis. The
keynote will be held right after the opening session, and the
discussion will follow.

Opening and Keynote: June 3, 12:00 PM, Beijing time (GMT+8) via Zoom
(https://zoom.us/).

Zoom link and password can be requested via <pvis2020 at gmail.com>. In
the application email, please kindly provide us the following
