[EvA] EVA2 Documentation

The extended JEInterface is now online together with the new EvA2
version 2.046. The EvA2 short documentation has also been updated and
all source code examples have been verified and included in the source
distribution (eva2.examples package and the resources/MatlabInterface
directory). Next to some bugfixes, a new abstraction is introduced for
initialization operators and additional integer operators are available.
