[EvA] model-assisted optimization

Hi again,

The GPPSO strategy has now been added to the ESModel package. Some
things should be noted there:
- The model learning procedure in EvA2 is not quite state-of-the-art and
too slow.
- GPPSO is called MAPSO (model-assisted PSO) in EvA2 because in
principle, other models than GP can be used.
- It suffices to add the EvA2ESModel.jar to the class path to use both
MAES and MAPSO from the standard EvA2 module (there are GO wrappers), so
it is not necessary to change the EvA2.props file to use them.

Considering these points, GPPSO should work fine directly from the EvA2
GUI. Please notify me if there are further problems.
