[EvA] EvA2 update online

We have now uploaded the latest release of EvA2, version 2.043,
containing some bugfixes and restructuring. Among minor stuff, the
Mathematics class has been moved and the earlier size parameter of the
Population class is now called targetSize, which makes more sense in
most optimizers.

Also, EvA2 should now compile and run without problems with OpenJDK.
