[Econmaster2012] Lecture Jean-Claude Trichet NEXT MONDAY

Dear all,

 

I would like to point your attention to a public lecture given by the former
president of the European Central Bank, Jean-Claude Trichet. He will talk
about

 

"Reflections  on Unconventional Monetary Policy Measures and European
Economic  Governance"

 

The lecture takes place next Monday, October 29, 18:00 sharp, in the
"Festsaal" of the Neue Aula-building at Geschwister-Scholl-Platz.

 

The presentation is supposed to be non-technical and will be in English. As
you will rarely have the opportunity to listen to such a prominent figure
who was involved in actual policy decision-making during the financial
crisis, I would strongly encourage all graduate students and particularly
those taking the macro class to attend it. Please be advised that in order
to secure a seat, you should arrive early.
