TEASYS – NEWS

In an article written in the context of the 15th International
/Connotations/ Symposium on “Understanding (Through) Annotations”,
Lena Linne and Burkhard Niederhoff discuss “Annotation as an Embedded
Textual Practice: Analysing Explanatory Notes in Three Editions of Dr
Jekyll and Mr Hyde”. You can find it here[1].

If you want to follow (or even contribute to) the debate on
“Understanding (Through) Annotations” in the /Connotations /journal,
you can find recent articles and submission information here[2].

Despite the Corona crisis, the Tübingen Annotating Literature student
groups will continue to meet (online) until the end of July. For more
information on how you can participate, see here[3]. We will keep you
updated on our plans for the winter term.

-------------------------

The Annotated Web Edition Directory[4] is looking forward to your
suggestions. We are always on the look-out for new entries to add to
the list. Feel free to recommend literary digital editions that
include explanatory annotation (of the social or the editorial kind),
web platforms, tools and applications that enable the user to
(collaboratively) annotate texts. Please use the corresponding form on
our webpage. We thank you for your help.
