The Computer Science Department at James Madison University is Hiring!

We have two programs: Computer Science and Information Technology. We are hiring in both.

There are two tenure-track, assistant professor openings in the Information Technology Program (https://www.jmu.edu/cise/information-technology/open-positions.shtml ) and a postdoc position (with a focus on data visualization) in the Computer Science Program (https://www.jmu.edu/cise/cs/open-positions.shtml).

If you know of any PhD students who will have earned their PhD by August 2025, and might be interested, please encourage them to apply. Review of applicants will start soon.
