Dear colleagues,

the Computational Diagnosis & Therapy Planning research group at Zuse 
Institute Berlin (ZIB) offers a PhD or PostDoc position within the 
BMBF-funded research campus MODAL.

The research topic is about the further development of model-image 
registration techniques for the 3-d reconstruction (approximation) of 
anatomical structures (e.g., the human spine) from sparse measurements 
such as anatomical landmarks, projection X-rays etc. The successful 
applicant will collaborate with clinical partners from Charité Berlin as 
well as with computer scientists of the University of Technology in
