[Ieee_vis_open_positions] PostDoc: Visual Analytics

Dear all,

Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, Kyoto University is
seeking an assistant professor to conduct research in the area of Visual
Analytics.  The successful candidate will conduct research on developing a
visualization environment that promotes scientific discovery in various
academic fields by applying visual analytics and tying this to the latest
advanced computing and big-data analysis technologies.

Desired skills and experience
To apply for the position, you should have a PhD in some area of
computation, visualization, statistics, or applied mathematics. Experience
working with data in any area and some programming skill is required.
