The Eurographics (EG) is offering a (limited) number of scholarships for attendees of workshops and conferences through the EG Widening Participation Scholarships.<https://www.eg.org/wp/eg-widening-participation-scholarships/>

ICAT-EGVE 2026 will be held between September 30th and October 2nd, 2026 in Goiânia, Brazil.
  *
Goiania has direct flights to 10 Brazilian cities with connections to multiple countries. For example, an itinerary from Tokyo could follow the route Tokyo - New York - São Paulo - Goiânia, while a traveler departing from Paris could follow the route Paris - Rio de Janeiro - Goiânia.

The ICAT-EGVE 2026<https://icat-egve2026.inf.ufg.br> conference will be held between September 30th and October 2nd, 2026, at the Universidade Federal de Goiás, Goiânia, Brazil.

The ICAT-EGVE is the merger of the 36th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence (ICAT 2026) and the 31st Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments (EGVE 2026).
Together, these are two of the oldest international conferences in the world on Artificial Reality and Virtual Environments.

This year ICAT-EGVE will be colocated with three brazilian conferences:
28th Symposium on Virtual and Augmented Reality (SVR<https://svr.sbc.org.br/2026>);
39th Conference on Graphics, Patterns and Images (SIBGRAPI<https://sibgrapi.sbc.org.br/2026>), and
25th Brazilian Symposium on Games and Digital Entertainment (SBGames<https://sbgames.org/sbgames2026>).

Submissions
We invite the submission of Posters and Demonstrations describing novel research ideas, work in progress, recently completed work, preliminary results, or unusual systems and applications. ICAT-EGVE 2026 seeks inspiring submissions describing research, applications, or systems in all areas of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Telexistence, and 3D User Interfaces.

Submission of Other Tracks
Please note that there is a separate submission portal for other tracks, i.e. Full and Short Papers, and Pitch Your Lab. For details, please see the other calls.

Review and Publication

All accepted Posters/Demos will be published in the Eurographics Digital Library and presented interactively at the conference.
  *
All Posters/Demos submissions will undergo a double-blind review process and be selected by the responsible chairs for presentation at the conference based on the reviews.
  *
Upon acceptance, the camera-ready version of the submission will be included in the electronic proceedings, provided potential reviewer comments are appropriately addressed.

Widening Participation

The Eurographics (EG) is offering a (limited) number of scholarships for attendees of workshops and conferences through the EG Widening Participation Scholarships. It aims to incentivise attendance from researchers worldwide; in particular, those who belong to underrepresented groups at EG events.

Goiânia, the capital of Goiás, is a vibrant and welcoming city strategically located in the heart of Brazil. Known for its modern architecture, vast green areas, and the creative energy that drives its technology and innovation ecosystem, the city stands out as one of the country's most promising urban centers.

Goiania has direct flights to 10 Brazilian cities (e.g. São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, Brasília…) with connections to multiple countries. Many European cities have direct flights to Brazil. Currently we can cite Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, London, Rome, Milan, Zurich, Munich, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam.

For example, an itinerary from Japan could follow the route Tokyo – New York – São Paulo – Goiânia, while a traveler departing from Paris could reach Goiânia via a connection in São Paulo.
