[Ieee_vis] [IEEE VR 2026] Poster Submission Deadline This Week

Dear Colleagues,

This is a final reminder that the poster submission deadlines for IEEE VR
2026 are fast approaching. With the first deadline only days away, we
encourage interested authors to complete their submissions as soon as
possible.


*Upcoming Poster Submission Deadlines*All deadlines are 23:59:59 AoE
(Anywhere on Earth):

   - *December 19, 2025* — Title, category, and author information due
   - *December 22, 2025* — Two-page extended abstract and optional
   supplemental materials due
   - January 21, 2026 — Notification of results
   - January 28, 2026 — Camera-ready materials due (poster PDF, teaser
   video, teaser image, and copyright)

Poster submissions consist of a two-page extended abstract submitted
through the IEEE VR PCS system. The poster PDF itself is not required until
the camera-ready stage, following acceptance.

Posters are an excellent opportunity to present emerging ideas, early-stage
results, and work-in-progress to the IEEE VR community. Full submission
