*EuroVis 2022 Call for Student Volunteers*

EuroVis 2022 is looking for highly motivated student volunteers that 
want to support this year’s planning and execution in Rome.
As a student volunteer, you are part of the organizing team which will 
allow you to get first-hand insight into the process of planning and 
executing Europe's leading visualization conference,
allowing you to meet many young talents in the visualization community.

Student volunteers play an essential role in this process by aiding in a 
variety of tasks either before or during the conference that enhance the 
conference experience for attendees, such as:

- Support the registration desk and badge checks
- Support the conference events such as sessions, workshops, panels, or 
dinner
- Help with setting up tech, posters, or other arrangements
- Provide help for attendees during the conference
- Pick up sudden tasks to help out the organizers

In exchange for approximately 20 hours of work, student volunteers will 
receive several attractive benefits:
- Free EuroVis registration, including lunches, dinners, and social events
- Digital version of the EuroVis 2022 proceedings and EuroVis 2022 gadgets
- A EuroVis 2022 Student Volunteer T-Shirt

Applications are accepted from Ph.D. candidates, as well as Master's and 
Bachelor's students.
