[Ieee_vis] Survey for arXiv.org Usage in the Visualization Community

Dear Visualization Community,

As you may know, https://arxiv.org/ is an open access repository of
electronic preprints that has become a resource for the broader scientific
community.  We are gathering data to better understand the extent that our
community uses https://arxiv.org/ as well as the potential for creating a
cs.VIS category.
