Computer Animation and Social Agents Conference - CASA 2019
1-3 July 2019, Paris, France

The 32th International Conference on Computer Animation and Social Agents (CASA 2019) will be held on July 1-3, 2019 in Paris, France. The conference is organized by Sorbonne University (France) and University of California, Davis, in cooperation with ACM-SIGGRAPH, under guidance of the Computer Graphics Society (CGS).

This year, CASA and ACM IVA (https://iva2019.sciencesconf.org) are collocated in Paris. IVA happens on July 2-5 2019. As CASA and IVA share interest on social agent, they will share the banquet where Marie-Paule Cani and Beatrice de Gelder have been invited to present their work. At the banquet, the participants of both conferences will have the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas. The banquet will happen at the very special place Musée des Arts Forains (http://arts-forains.com/) on July 2nd 2019. Thabo Beeler is the second invited speaker of CASA 2019.

You can now register for CASA 2019 via https://casa2019.sciencesconf.org/resource/page/id/12 (the early bird rate ends April 29th, so register asap).

The conference will take place at the CNRS headquarters on the south west part of Paris (16th district). The address is: CNRS, 3 rue Michel-Ange, 75016 Paris. It is just next door to the metro station "Michel-Ange Auteuil" on lines number 8 and 9.
Note that papers can still be submitted to the workshops and tutorials (https://casa2019.sciencesconf.org/resource/page/id/10)!

Workshop: 100€
Participants registering to a workshop must also register to the main conference.

All accepted papers - all conference and workshop papers - *MUST* have at least one registered author with a non-student registration no later than Sunday, April 29th 2019, 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the early registration deadline) in order for their paper to be included in the online proceedings. A student registration or a complimentary keynote speaker registration cannot cover a paper. Therefore, a student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. One person can register up to 2 main conference papers and 1 workshop paper as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
