happens the 15th International ACM Conference on Human-Computer 
Interaction with Mobile Devices and Services, MobileHCI 2013 
(http://www.mobilehci2013.org/).

CALL FOR PAPERS

Participants are invited to submit papers (2-6 pages depending on the 
type of submission, minimum of 2 pages) in the ACM CHI extended abstract 
format describing positions, preliminary research or evaluation results, 
prototypes, design work, works-in-progress or applications, relating to 
Mobile Immersive Visualizations. Other attendees from MobileHCI, those 
not submitting a paper, are welcome to register for and attended the 
workshop as well!

This workshop is for a half-day of planned presentations of accepted 
papers and focused lively discussions. Possible topics include, but not 
limited to:

* Natural user interfaces
* Interaction modalities
* Selection
* Manipulation
* Quality of immersion
* Immersion Fidelity
* Physical and cognitive fatigue
* Low-cost immersive systems (input and output)
* User goals and workflow
* Analysis tools

as they relate to mobile technologies in the context of immersive 
visualizations.

The best paper from this workshop will be nominated for inclusion in the 
4th special issue of the the International Journal of Mobile HCI (IJMHCI).

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS:   May 17, 2013
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE: June 10, 2013
LATEST AUTHOR REGISTRATION: June 15, 2013
CAMERA READY:               July 10, 2013

Note that all submission deadlines are firm. All deadlines are by 
Midnight PDT.

**At least one author must register for both the conference and the 
workshop by this date, for paper to be included in the proceedings.
