The Institute for Media Innovation (IMI)<http://imi.ntu.edu.sg/Pages/Home.aspx>, Nanyang Technological University (NTU)<http://www.ntu.edu.sg/Pages/default.aspx> is pleased to host the 11th ACM
SIGGRAPH International Conference on Virtual-Reality Continuum and its Applications in Industry (VRCAI 2012),
from 2-4 December 2012 at the Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC)<http://www.ntu.edu.sg/NEC/Pages/default.aspx> on the NTU campus. As a joint conference of
SIGGRAPH ASIA 2012<http://www.siggraph.org/asia2012/>, VRCAI 2012 will take place just after SIGGRAPH Asia 2012.

This year, VRCAI 2012 proposes a very rich program composed of:


*         a tutorial on autonomous Virtual Humans and Social Robots for 3D Telepresence

*         an industrial workshop

*         two keynote speeches by Dr. Zhang Zhengyou<http://conference.ntu.edu.sg/vrcai2012/Pages/KeynoteSpeakers.aspx> from Microsoft  and Prof. Yoshifumi Kitamura from Tohoku University in Japan

*         12 sessions of Full papers,10 sessions of short papers, and 8 posters

*         A visionary panel  on the next possible impact of VR
