Of interest to interaction researchers, psychologists, visualisation researchers, some AI researchers, e-learning and mobile learning people, and educationalists and ed-tech people: the HCI 2012 conference.

Patrick Baudisch and Gary Marsden keynote.  A wide range of HCI papers covering a diverse set of HCI issues, plus posters, panels and 2 dates of pre-conference workshops.

A full social programme - Jamie's restaurant, Botanical Gardens, poster session with free bar - come and meet up with colleagues old and new, discuss ideas, network, meet EPSRC funders, and listen to cutting edge research, all based around the regenerated and vibrant city centre in Birmingham, with it's restaurants, bars, shopping and tourist attractions. Centrally-located, hotels are close to the conference venue and all the attractions.  Come and join us!
