[EvA] python usage of EvA2

Hello,

attached you will find two files, which demonstrates how EvA2 can be
used inside python. In that case we are utilizing jpype in order to get
access to the eva2 classes and defining an external problem (F1Problem).

Just store both files in the same directory, make sure at least the
F1ProblemTest.py has executable rights. If this is not possible pack the
"python F1ProblemTest.py" command in a bash/bat script. Then locate the
EvA2Base.jar in the same directory or adjust the systemPath inside the
eva2.py accordingly. After all just run "python eva2.py".
