Dear All,
A 3 year postdoc position is opening in my lab at The University of Birmingham, UK, to start on or
before September 1^st 2015. The postdoc will work on the following BBSRC funded project:
**
*“N-terminal acetylation as a signal for protein degradation controlling plant growth and stress
responses”*
The project will use genetic, molecular and proteomic approaches to investigate the presence and
functions of a novel pathway for protein degradation in /Arabidopsis/ based on N-terminal
acetylation of substrates. Further details and related references can be found in the attached PDF
file.
Please distribute to anyone who might be interested. Informal enquiries ahead of the official job
posting can be sent to me at d.gibbs at bham.ac.uk <mailto:d.gibbs at bham.ac.uk>
