assistants/PhD or Post-Doc positions for the projects WarmWorld:
Visual comparison of climate models and observations (job
advertisement) and Risk Principe: Interactive visualization of

the WarmWorld project

Visual comparison of climate models and observations

Tasks:

Development of new visualization techniques for comparison of
observations with model results
<br>
Collaboration with researchers and experts in the project
<br>
Publication and presentation of results
<br>
Participation in project reports, public relations and project
organization
<br>

Requirements:

Master's degree in computer science or related field
<br>
until employment
<br>
Knowledge of visualization, interest in research
<br>
Very good programming skills
<br>
Know-how in the efficient handling of data
<br>
Interest in working with climate data
<br>
Knowledge of English and German
<br>
Communication, team orientation, self-organization
<br>
