We seek applications from candidates in the area of “<b class="">Big Data for Health-Information Technology</b>”. We are seeking exceptional candidates with a strong research record in any of the following areas: databases, <i class="">knowledge discovery or data mining</i>, <i class="">information visualization</i>, <i class="">data analysis</i>, sensor networks, or machine learning. A track record of collaborating with investigators in the health sciences is helpful.</span></p><p class=""><span class="" style="font-size: 14px;">This tenure-track position is targeted to support the interdisciplinary and collaborative research mission of the Carolina Health Informatics Program (<a href="http://chip.unc.edu/" target="_blank" class="">http://chip.unc.edu</a>).
