candidates will have in-depth knowledge of high performance large data/ image visualization, scientific and computer graphics architectures with strong software development skills.<br>

What are my responsibilities?<br>
• Perform translational research and development in the area of high performance large 2D/3D/nD image/point cloud/surface/vector/tensor visualization.<br>
• Perform translational research and development in the area of large data remote visualization and computing architecture.<br>
• Implement high quality working solutions for commercial, scientific or industrial applications.<br>
• Quick prototyping, feasibility studies, specifications and implementation of software components, present high quality presentations about the outcome to internal and external audience<br>
• Innovate state-of-the-art computer graphics techniques to and also be active in publications<br>
<br>
What skills are needed to qualify for this job?<br>
• PhD in Computer Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline.<br>
• Proven record in advanced visualization techniques.<br>
• Strong experience in hands-on software architecture and implementation.<br>
• Ability to develop new research ideas to the level of a working system prototype.<br>
• Ability to quickly prototype in C/C++/Java and translate implementation to robust product components<br>
• Advanced CPU/GPU programming (OpenCL, CUDA, OpenGL, OpenGL ES, WebGL) and optimization experience is a must.<br>
• Multi-platform visualization deployment experience a plus<br>
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.<br>
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can do attitude.<br>
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work.<br>
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br>
• Willing to accept challenges and responsibilities.<br>
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic team.<br>
• Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.</font></div>
