VGTC executive committee has been dominated by our colleagues from the
visualization community. But, VGTC wants to change this, and we have been told
that volunteers from the VR / ISMAR / Mixed Reality communities will have
priority for these appointed positions. The<i> </i>continued health of the IEEE
mixed reality community will be greatly served by having more voices from our
community<i> </i>in any of the VGTC executive committee positions.</span><span style="font-size:12pt"></span></font></p>

that coordinates the conferences VR, ISMAR, VIS, BioVis, EuroVis, PacificVis,
