a specific application need? Have you transferred VIS research to yet uncharted application domains and do you want to share your experiences? Application Spotlights might be the perfect opportunity to share your experiences! </span><b><o:p></o:p></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Title:</span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"> Describe the subject of your spotlight session as accurately and specifically as possible in no more
than ten words.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Summary:</span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"> Describe your spotlight in no more than 500 words. The proposal has to be submitted as a PDF document
(there is no template or required format). Feel free to add images to your proposal. The summary should be written to attract those who work in your specific topic area as well as those who work in related fields (see website for more information).
<b><i>The proposal should just give a good impression of the topic/idea of the planned spotlight, e.g., the list of invited speakers does not have to be final at the time of the proposal submission!</i></b><o:p></o:p></span></p>
