Applications are invited for a PhD studentship within the giCentre, Department of Computer Science at City, University of London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on three-dimensional cell segmentation and analysis of high-resolution

 EM images of cancer cells using techniques from computational topology (and topological data analysis).
