[Ieee_vis] IEEE VR 2024 call for reviewers

Dear VR/AR/XR community,

IEEE VR2024 needs your help. We are currently looking into recruiting more
reviewers to ease the review load for everyone. Please consider signing up
as a reviewer in PCS.

PCS signup instructions for reviewers

1. Log on to the system at https://new.precisionconference.com/vr

2. Click on "Reviews" at the top of the page.

3. Click on "Volunteer to Review".

4. Select "VR" and "IEEE VR 2024" from the drop-down menus.

5. Volunteer for a number of reviews on the "Papers" line.

6. Click again on "Reviews" at the top of the page.

7. Click on "Provide sample publications".

   To help the system match you to submissions, please upload 8 to 10
   PDF papers in which you have expertise.  They can be your own
   publications, or can be publications of other authors in an area in
   which you have expertise.  PCS does not store the PDFs; it only
   extracts and stores word counts from them.  If you provide fewer
   than 8 papers, the system will not be able to accurately match you
   to the conference submissions.
