The Annotating Literature Team is constantly striving improve not only TEASys (check out our "Living Style Guide") but also our work in the project. In this context, we have developed an anonymous survey for our participating students to give feedback on the atmosphere in the work groups, the learning environment, and possible difficulties they encountered while annotating. The survey aims at receiving insight into the areas with which students struggle most. In the past, we have successfully adapted to working online and are happy to have gathered from our survey that students have equally adapted well to this new format. Currently, we are looking for new ways to optimise the feedback process to make annotating even more productive.

The Annotating Literature student groups will continue to meet online during the summer term. We're always looking for new participants and if you are interested or would like to come to one of the introductory meetings, feel free to contact our mentors via email or check out our website.
… our project also focuses on contemporary poetry? One of our participants is currently working on Safia Elhillo’s poem yasmeen which employs iconicity and a highly ambiguous structure to reflect on identity and family. The annotations will soon be uploaded onto our website.
We are always on the look-out for new entries to add to the list. Feel free to recommend literary digital editions that include explanatory annotation (of the social or the editorial kind), web platforms, tools and applications that enable the user to (collaboratively) annotate texts. Please use the corresponding form on our webpage. We thank you for your help.
